Award Description

The Climbing Wall Award Abseil (CWAA) module, is an optional module undertaken by those involved in the Climbing Wall Award scheme. It's aim is to train and assess people responsible for supervising abseiling from climbing walls. Some Climbing Wall Award Providers will offer the Abseil Module as part of the main training course if the facility they are planning to use is appropriate.

This assessment incorporates the CWA assessment and the abseil module assessment. Run by some of the UK's most experienced and knowledgable instructors. The course only fee of £90 includes your course plus equipment hire (if you need it), use of facilities (e.g. climbing wall, drying rooms, free WiFi etc.) and tea and cakes at the end of the day. The residential course fee of £120 includes all the above plus comfy en-suite accommodation and all your meals. Free pick up and drop off from Llandudno Junction Train Station also available at the start and end of your course.
