Award Description
The Development Coach scheme is designed for people who coach groups and/or individuals for an extended period of time.
This two day training course is aimed at the independent and autonomous coach, who is likely to oversee the progression of students over a period of time. The role of the development coach is to structure a progression in delivery and practice in order to facilitate the development of climbers. The course includes subjects such as; Climber Centred Coaching, reflective practise, questioning, long term climber development and developing a better understanding of TTPP.
