Active IQ Level 3 Designing Pre & Post Natal Exercise Programmes
You will work through this CIMSPA recognised qualification at your own pace using a combination of online learning, webinars, tutorials and practical workshops. You will be heavily supported at each step by our team of tutors, who are available to help you from 8am to 10pm, 7 days a week!
You will study a range of core modules in this course including;
- Considerations for PPN exercise
- Programming a PPN exercise session
In terms of assessment you will complete a prortfilio of coursework.
Once complete you will be a qualified Pre & Post Natal Exercise Specialist.
