The Cycling Ireland Gearing Up Off-Road Instructor Award is aimed at Coaches or Leaders who want to develop their existing knowledge and skills. The knowledge gained from this award will allow coaches to plan and deliver a series of safe and effective Gearing Up Off-Road Sessions. The award will also give coaches the knowledge and information that they need to progress riders from their first Gearing Up Off-Road Session to more advanced Mountain Bike Trails.
