Hi I run a trail running events company www.challenge-running.co.uk and I am also Running Coach and Gym Instructor specialising in coaching marathon and ultra distance runners.
I also work as a Event First Aider at various events.l as well as volunteering at many events and organising several of my own.
I am currently the Chair or the UK Trail Running Association.
I love being in the great outdoors and get out on the trails in both mountains and all other environments.
I am currently working towards my full ML qualification and I have also been a D of E volunteer and whilst in the fire service.
I retired from the fire service in 2015 to set up and run my events company and spend more time outdoors.
