Available for DofE expeditions in both Assessor and Supervisor roles throughout Scotland - often at short notice. Also available to assist with training (e.g. route card development, etc).

Growing up in the Scouts as a teenager in Glasgow, being in the hills and mountains has always been a passion. By the time i'd left Venture Scouts, I'd climbed a lot of Munros, even soloed a few Grade I climbs in Scotland had trekked in Switzerland and Austria.

I completed my Mountain Leader training in 2008, completing my assessment the following year, so allow me to take Scouts into the hills. A few years later I completed the Expedition Assessor Accreditation Scheme allowing me to be an Assessor on DofE expeditions at all levels. I have worked with Scout and school groups since.

In 2018, I eventually compleated a round of the Munros on Beinn Sgritheall on a stunning day with many friends. My passion for being in the hills has not deminished since and now I enjoy more Munros, Corbetts and any day in the hills with friends - the mountains and conditions are different every day.

I live in Aberdeenshire and work in the offshore energy sector but with generous amount of leave I can take time off to be in the hills.
