Award Description

Active IQ Level 3 Diploma in Exercise Referral is designed to provide learners with the knowledge to ensure safe and effective exercise programming for patients with a number of medical conditions and common reasons for referral onto a community-based exercise referral scheme.

Active IQ Level 3 Exercise Referral

You will work through this CIMSPA recognised qualification at your own pace using a combination of online learning, webinars, tutorials and optional practical workshops. You will be heavily supported at each step by our team of tutors, who are available to help you from 8am to 10pm, 7 days a week!

You will study a range of core modules in this course including;

• Professional Practice
• Understanding Medical Conditions
• Planning Exercise Referral programmes
• Instructing Exercise Referral programmes 

In terms of assessment you will complete:

• Coursework
• Multiple choice theory exams
• Practical exams

Once complete you will be a qualified Exercise Referral Specialist.
