Award Description
This qualification trains and assesses candidates in the skills required to lead hillwalking groups in summer conditions on mountainous routes not requiring the planned use of a rope. Established in 1964, this was the first qualification created by Mountain Training.
About
A Split Course Format
Our ML Assessment courses fully residential and are run over 5 days but split over two weekends, which minimises the time you need to take off work. The details are as follows:
Weekend 1 - 6 & 7 April 2024
Weekend 2 - 20, 21 & 22 April 2024
To complete the course candidates are required to attend all two weekends.
