Award Description

This qualification trains and assesses candidates in the skills required to supervise climbers on purpose built artificial climbing walls and boulders. The scheme does not include the skills and techniques required to teach lead climbing.

Based at Big Depot Leeds. I will be delivering this course with over 25 years experience of the outdoor industry and delivered over 700 NGB courses. As an active and passionate climber I really enjoy meeting like minded folk who love passing on their skills to others.

The course will have some classroom elements but mainly practicle demonstations, technique drills and teaching aids to make your sessions fun, educational and safe.
