I'm an ML, RCI, MS Provider, Swift-water Responder, Rope Rescue Operator (Technician intermittently depending on availability for re-certs), an EFR with 23 years of volunteering in a variety of roles for Glen of Imaal Mountain Rescue Team. I've studied Menopause for Athletes with Dr. Stacy Sims, M.A. Soc., H.Dip IT, H.Dip Education (primary), currently studying MSc. Sustainable Development with modules in ecology, soil carbon, energy and policy among others. My masters thesis examines how women navigate pees, poos and periods in the outdoors.
I am co-owner of Adventure.ie with responsibility for expedition planning & logistics and sustainability. We are a small husband and wife team who love to bring people on a journey of self discovery and learning as they explore the outdoors and their place in it.
