WOW! not often that I can say that I have had a proper winter climb in Northumberland, but this one was. A very long walk into the bottom of the crag (8 miles) weather was appalling with heavy snow. Arrived at the bottom of The Bizzle crag and climbed first pitch which was sketchy, second pitch got better and the third was awesome. A real gnarly day out in the local hills and it now goes down as top 3 winter day out!
